Adjustments

With 8 different handle bar heights, 10 seat heights, and forward/backward adjustment on the seat and handle bars, this Spin Bike is extremely adjustable to people of different sizes. Get it just right for you, for your perfect cardio workout. Pull pin for rapid height change, screw to lock it into position. Turn Knob to Adjust Tension of Resistance, push knob to Brake.
